- You must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
How do you apply for this?
To submit an e-form for leasehold land for commercial purposes, you will need the following documents:
- Copy of a valid identification document (ID card);
- Recent Chamber of Commerce (KVK) extract;
- Certificate of residence (Department of Civil Affairs);
- Filing fee of $112,- (payable online via the e-form).
You must complete this form fully and truthfully.
