During a reassessment, the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O), and possibly other parties, reviews the basis used to calculate the ground rent.

You are the legal holder of the leasehold and must provide the requested information.
How do you apply for this?
Submit a written request to the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O), including your leasehold details and the reason for your request. The Directorate will tell you what information is required and how the assessment will be conducted.
