Would you like to merge two or more leasehold parcels? You can submit a request to the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O).
What does this product or service mean?
The Directorate may request additional documents, such as Land Registry information and a site plan.
When parcels are merged, they become one parcel. This may affect the ground rent, rights and administrative records.
When can you apply for this?
The parcels must be eligible for merger. For example, they should be adjoining and the merger must comply with the zoning designation and applicable policy.
How do you apply for this?
Submit a written request to the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O). Include your personal details, leasehold details, parcel numbers and an explanation of why you want to merge the parcels. If available, attach a Land Registry extract and a site plan. The Directorate will tell you what further steps are required.
