What should you pay attention to?

You can only apply for this license after you have obtained a business establishment permit.
Your certificate of good conduct must not be older than 3 months.

An alcohol and hospitality license is official authorization from the OLB.
With this license, you are permitted to sell food and beverages to customers.

This license is required for various types of businesses, such as:

  • café or bar
  • restaurant or snack bar
  • hotel or guesthouse
  • ice cream shop
  • store that sells beverages for takeout

Sometimes the license also includes specific permissions, such as for music or parties.

When can you apply for this?

You must:

  • have a business establishment permit
  • be registered with the Chamber of Commerce
  • have a valid certificate of good conduct
  • have valid identification
  • comply with safety and hygiene regulations

If any of the assessments are negative, you will not receive a permit.

How do you apply for this?

Here’s how to apply for the permit:

  1. First, apply for a business establishment permit.
  2. Then, fill out the application form for alcohol and hospitality services.
  3. Submit all required documents.
  4. Pay the fees.

OLB will then seek advice from:
