Refund of a Leasehold Security Deposit

How do you apply for this?

Submit a written request to the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O). Include your leasehold details and the amount of the security deposit. Attach proof of payment and provide your bank details. You will be notified of the outcome of the assessment.
