Would you like to sell food or drinks via a buffet on Bonaire? For example, at an event, party, or activity? If so, you need permission from the Public Entity of Bonaire (OLB). This is called a buffet permit.
What does this product or service mean?
You must submit the application at least 6 weeks before the start of the activity.
Does the location already have a liquor and hospitality license? If so, you do not need to apply for a buffet permit.
A buffet permit is official authorization from the OLB.
With this permit, you may temporarily sell food and/or beverages to visitors at a location that does not have a liquor and hospitality license.
The permit is required to ensure safety, a clean environment, and clear rules.
When can you apply for this?
You must:
- submit the application on time
- provide all required documents
