Business Passport

A business passport is intended for people who travel frequently for work. It is almost the same as a regular passport, but has additional pages. This provides more space for visas and customs stamps.

If you apply for a business passport, you cannot apply for a regular passport at the same time.

The business passport is an official Dutch passport with extra pages for frequent travelers. Anyone with Dutch citizenship can apply for a Dutch business passport.

You must be a Dutch citizen.

How do you apply for this?

Here’s how to apply for a business passport:

  • Visit the Civil Affairs Department
  • Bring all your travel documents, even if they have expired.
  • Bring 1 color passport photo that meets the guidelines.
  • Have your fingerprints recorded.
  • Pay for your passport at the time of application.

Lost or Stolen?
Has your business passport been lost or stolen? You do not need to file a police report. Report the loss to the Civil Affairs Department as soon as possible and apply for a new travel document.

The BES Personal Data Protection Act specifies how the Public Entity of Bonaire must do this.

The most important rules are:

  • The Public Entity of Bonaire only requests data necessary to process your request or report.
  • They record and process your data securely, confidentially, and with care.
  • Your data will only be used for the application or report, or for something directly related to it.
  • Your data will not be retained longer than necessary for the application or report.
  • Other organizations will only receive your data if required by law.
  • You may ask how your data is being used and what happens to it.
