How do you file a complaint?

There are also other ways to file your complaint. You can do so in one of the following ways:

  • Online using the complaint form
  • In person at an OLB service desk at one of the following locations, where our staff will help you fill out the form.

What happens next?

Together, we’ll review how the complaint will be handled. This may include, for example:

  • Working together to find a solution.
  • A discussion with the person who is the subject of the complaint (hearing both sides of the story).
  • Launching an investigation.

If your complaint cannot be addressed, we will refer you to the appropriate agency.
We also use the complaints we receive to identify ways to improve our services.
