Residents aged 60 and older can get the flu vaccine starting October 31, 2026. The COVID-19 vaccine is available to residents aged 70 and older and people with a serious medical condition. Those eligible for both vaccines can receive them during the same visit.
Flu and COVID-19 are more common in the final months of the year. The vaccines help prevent infections and, most importantly, reduce the risk of severe illness and hospitalization.
