Would you like to organize a bingo game on Bonaire? Bingo is a small-stakes game of chance. You must report this to the Public Entity of Bonaire before you begin.
What does this product or service mean?
Bingo is a minor game of chance. Participants purchase a card and have a chance to win a prize. The prizes are of low value. Bingo may only be organized in accordance with established rules.
When can you apply for this?
You may only organize a bingo game if:
- the prize pool does not exceed $400 per round
- the total prize pool does not exceed $1,550 per event
- only one game of chance is held at the same address at any given time
How do you apply for this?
You must register the bingo game with the Legal and General Affairs Department (JAZ).
You must do this at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
In your notification, provide the following information:
- what type of game it is
- how you will use the proceeds
- how many participants you expect
- the total prize pool
- the value of each prize
- the date, time, and location of the bingo event

The BES Personal Data Protection Act specifies how the Public Entity of Bonaire must do this.

- They record and process your data securely, confidentially, and with care
- Your data will only be used for the application or report, or for something directly related to it.
- Your data will not be retained longer than necessary for the application or report.
- Other organizations will only receive your data if required by law.
- You may ask how your data is being used and what happens to it.
