The Civil Affairs Basic Registry (PIVA) contains your personal information, such as your current address, marital status, gender, and nationality. - Bring the following with you:

How long does it take?
The Civil Affairs Department will decide whether to update your information within 4 weeks. If the information concerns your marital status or nationality, the Civil Affairs Department may extend this timeframe by 8 weeks.
