Instituto di Deporte Boneriano (Indebon)

“Instituto di Deporte Boneriano - Indebon” (Bonaire Sports Institute) is a department under the Directorate of Society and Care. Indebon provides sports and physical activity services to the people of Bonaire. These services are offered to children, youth, adults, seniors, and people with disabilities.

In the morning, they lend a helping hand at care facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities. In the afternoon, they can be found in various neighborhoods across Bonaire. In these neighborhoods, their focus is primarily on children and youth aged 7 to 17. They gather every afternoon to engage in sports and physical activity in a healthy way.

Indebon is responsible for maintaining various sports fields, including: Playa Stadium, Elion Flores Stadium, the Sylvio “Chio” Semeleer Mini Field, Jossy Boekhoudt Ballpark, Julio Angela Little League Ballpark, and others. Indebon also assists many companies, foundations, and schools with so-called “team building” activities.
