Starting an LVV Project

For a large project, the LVV requires several documents, such as a letter of request and a project plan.

When can you apply for this?

You must submit at least the following: a letter of request, a project plan, proof of identity, a Chamber of Commerce extract, and proof of payment of the application fee.

How do you apply for this?

Follow these steps:

  1. Write a letter of request addressed to the Public Entity of Bonaire.
  2. Include a detailed project plan, a copy of your proof of identity, an extract from the Chamber of Commerce, and proof of payment of the application fee.
  3. Submit all documents at the Spatial Planning and Development (R&O) Department counter.
