How do you apply for this?
Here’s how to apply for a driver’s license:
- Make an appointment online with the Civil Affairs Department.
- Bring the following with you:
- your valid ID
- your old driver’s license, if you want to renew or replace it
- a medical certificate issued within the last 2 months. You can request the medical certificate from your primary care physician.
- You pay for your driver’s license at the time of application. Please pay by debit card.
Has your driver’s license been lost or stolen? Report this to the Civil Affairs Department and then apply for a new driver’s license. If you suspect misuse, we advise you to file a report with the police.
